• ​Pre-Session Document Tagging: We require your documents in advance to format the files, place all required electronic signature fields, and prepare the appropriate notary certificates (such as acknowledgments or jurats) before we meet. Preparing these tags beforehand prevents delays and ensures our live video session is quick, focused, and efficient.
• ​Identity Verification Compliance: State remote online notarization (RON) laws require notaries to verify the signer’s identity and validate that identification credentials are valid, unexpired, and authentic before administering oaths or witnessing signatures. Reviewing your ID in advance ensures your credentials meet all statutory requirements and prevents last-minute appointment cancellations.
